Marine safety plan
Each authority will publish a marine safety plan showing how it meets the standards in the Ports and Marine Facilities Safety Code.
Content coming soon
The marine safety plan is not yet published. The plan of the outgoing authority is a group document covering many ports and it does not transfer. Due within the first quarter of operation, that is by 18/12/2026, and reviewed at least every three years after that.
What will be published
- How the standards in the Code will be met at this port.
- The objectives set for the period the plan covers.
- How performance against those objectives is measured.
