Performance against the marine safety plan
The Ports and Marine Facilities Safety Code expects an authority to assess and publish its performance against its marine safety plan, and against the standard set by the Code itself, at least every three years.

Not yet published, and it cannot be until there is a plan and a period to report on. The first report follows the first marine safety plan, once its first reporting period has run.
